2Tools receive regular shipments of stock from China. If an item is marked ‘out of stock’ , we have not yet ordered production of replenishment stock, therefore a 90day minimum applies. If an item is marked ‘on backorder’, we have ordered the production of replenishment stock and expect this to be on our shelves within 60-120 days.
Yes. Any orders submitted for ‘out of stock items’ will be backordered.
Yes. You have 30 days to return incorrectly ordered items, as long as the items are in the same condition as when they were shipped from our warehouse to you. A restock fee will apply to all returns.
2Tools ship orders Australia wide.
We aim to have all orders shipped within a 48hour time frame from when they are received.
Once you have submitted an order, our warehouse get to work packing it that same day.
Email our warehouse [email protected] for order tracking. They can track your order and supply you with an update. Alternatively, our warehouse team can supply you with the freight carrier and consignment number which will allow you to track the goods yourself.
If you order is for a standard stock item and has not yet been dispatched, you are able to cancel it. All cancellation requests can be directed to [email protected]
